The Molasses Desugarized Solubles (MDS) building was constructed in 2014 for Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative. Scope of work completed by Heitkamp Construction Inc. included site preparation, excavation for foundation, rerouting of underground, new underground tie-ins, reinforced concrete foundation, erection of structural steel, pouring of elevated concrete floors, exterior steel sheeting, wall insulation, aluminum liner panel, installation of wall louvers, & more.
